From 4 to 6 November, the members of the South-Eastern Europe NPM Network met in Podgorica, Montenegro for their second in-person meeting in 2025. Chaired by the Slovenian NPM, representatives from 9 countries shared their experiences regarding the „Involuntary Hospitalisaton in Pre-Trial and Civil Proceedings“.
